After all the years of waiting, and all the time during Beta where we couldn't talk publicly about the game and everything... The day of the official release is finally here!
Hopefully these boards become a whole bunch more active now. Looking forward to talking with everyone here about this amazing game!

Well... all I'm hearing is crickets, this board is still as dead as it ever was...
The Shadowgate forum on Steam's site seems to be fairly active though, seems everyone's just hanging out around there.

I'm pretty disappointed in that. Given that all the Kickstarter backers got DRM-free copies of the game, and don't have to be tied to Steam anymore, I had hoped to see some more activity here.

I suspect since we were already tied to Steam for the beta, and most of us probably already had it anyway and don't really have an issue with it, it was ultimately easier just to stick around there, since that was where the activity was already.
Personally, my gaming laptop is currently out of commission so I haven't been able to do anything with Shadowgate since it was officially released, but there isn't really much left for me to do in the game anyway other than try to get all the achievements.

Yeah, hopefully we'll see more activity here once the DRM-free version is available for everyone to purchase.
Sorry to hear about your laptop.
And, yeah, I know we played through the game a bunch during Beta, but I'm enjoying finally being able to play it DRM-free. Makes it feel like a much more meaningful process.
