I own a physical copy of this game I found at a thrift store for $10. I still have yet to find a full list of ways to die. I've always found ways to die interesting. The ones I've found so far go as follows:
Falling into deep water
Walking into the pool with a skeleton in it the first time you enter the sewer
Wearing the green ring
Drinking the green potion
Getting cut by spinning blades
Falling through weak boards
If anyone else knows of any other ways to die, let me know!
