Perhaps the developers can comment on this.
What ever happened to ICOM? Where did the rights to the games float around to over the years (until being picked up by Zojoi)? I am curious to know the back story, since I have read extensively about the history of other period games such as the Dark Castle series, with all of it's various remakes and reincarnations.

Hi, ICOM was bought by Viacom in 1993 and turned into Viacom New Media (VNM). VNM Chicago closed its doors in 1997. The rights were obtained by Infinite Ventures in 1997 and many of the games were licensed or developed for new platforms (DVD, palm, pocket pc, Game Boy Color, N64). We picked up the rights in 2012 since we had started at ICOM by developing Shadowgate Dave
