This was another great game!
I remember my first experience with Uninvited....It was actually later in the NES lifespan....I believe the SNES had been out for a while, and I even owned one.
However, I was with my folks in K-Mart back then. They were experimenting with used games at the time. I remember seeing Uninvited on the rack, and begging my folks for it...It cost something like $10 bucks I think.
Anyway hours of epic adventure were had afterwards! This is another great game that deserves a remake of some kind!

Well
Zojoi does have the rights to Uninvited & Deja Vu 1 & 2.
I have a feeling these are possible stretch goals or even future KS campaigns

Very possible! But we have to focus on one thing at a time, and the current thing is Shadowgate.  Also, these forums are likely to be where we'll turn to in order to see which IP we should work on next! Uninvited? Deja Vu? or continue with Shadowgate and go into Beyond Shadowgate?! Definitely worth sharing this forum among ICOM Simulation fans. |

I loved Uninvited, Deja Vu and Shadowgate... I'm glad Shadowgate is coming, and hopefully the other two will be revisited in due time.

The more successful we are with this campaign, the sooner we can get to the other MacVenture titles! This is one reason why this campaign is even more important to fans of the other games as well as Shadowgate!

Agreed. Déjà Vu was my favorite too. Solving the last puzzle (purpose of the alligator pit) was incredibly hard. And I loved the gazillion ways you could kill yourself. E.g. my very first death: Hmmm, let's try this: *click gun* *click operate* *click self* <<BLAM>> Markus |

I'd love to see remakes of them all as well.
I grew up playing uninvited the most. Being absolutely terrified of it for the longest time.
But as I've gotten older (and after countless hours of DnD), Shadowgate has become my favorite.

Well, they have said before that since the Shadowgate KS was so successful and I'm sure the release of the game will be very successful for those that didn't back it, that they have every intention of attempting to remake all of the MacVenture titles, so I don't think we will be let down on that front =3

I loved Uninvited and Deja Vu. I know me and my 2 brothers would definitely pledge toward it. One thing at a time for sure, but I think they could get as much or more for those games as well to donate. SO GOOD
